Beeswax Pillar Candles

These 100% pure beeswax pillar candles, handcrafted in Haiti from wax produced by our beekeepers, create a natural aesthetic in any space. Choose from three sizes or purchase all three to make an interesting display. A candle purchased  with a hand-hammered metal plate makes a great hostess gift!

Beeswax is the cleanest and longest burning candle wax. Each pillar measures 3" in diameter and vary in height.

• Small: 3" W x 3" H and provides an estimated 60 hours of burn time
• Medium: 3" W x 4" H and provides an estimated 80 hours of burn time
• Large: 3" W x 6" H and provides an estimated 100 hours of burn time

The product weight ranges from 0.75 lb for the small, 1.0 lb for the medium, and 1.25 lb for the large. The item is enclosed in a cellophane bag tied with raffia and comes gift wrapped in a recycled Kraft pinstripe cardboard box with Fanm Limye's logo and a story card providing information about one of our artisans.

MINOUCHE

Minouche is a mother of two children who lives with her husband. Her husband has been a farmer for most of his life and a beekeeper for eight years. Minouche was encouraged to join her husband in raising bees, and now she manages and raises bees on her own. Because of her dedication, Minouche won the prize for the most attendance in meetings and beekeeping training in Petit Goave. She is excited to continue her training and create a profitable business for her family.
